PROCESSING TIME:

CANCELATIONS:
-Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing your order. At the end of 12 hours we mostly start the process, and will not be able to cancel after that point.
RETURN POLICY:
Our aim is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If we make an error on your order, we will gladly send a replacement if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery date. However, due to the bespoke nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for any issues.
