Small = 30A - 38C (these are mostly coverage estimates, the piece does not follow bra sizing)
Medium = 32B - 38D
Large = 34C - 40DDD
Model is a 34D wearing a small. Would probably not wear this size without a shirt underneath. Larger sizes would also just cover more area, even if you wear a smaller bra size.
