THE ENGRAVING PROCESS
This item is personalized using a diamond tipped engraver. The image or text appears through a series of cuts/scratches in the surface of the material. They are so small that they feel smooth to the touch. The engraving process is permanent and does not involve ink of any kind. So, your image or text will not wear off and your product will not fade.
TO LEAVE ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS
On the last page of checkout, below the Submit Order button, there is a box where you can “Add an optional note to the seller”. Please leave engraving instructions here. If you happen to miss this step, simply send us an Etsy message with the instructions. Images can be sent via Etsy messages. Please be as detailed as possible. If you would like engraving plus photo please attach your photo along with your engraving instructions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these fees. Import charges can vary; unfortunately, we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Since customs fees are an import tax paid by the buyer to their country, Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees.

SHIPPING:
Our domestic shipping options include standard mail, priority (1-3 day), and express (1-2) day. We also offer international standard and express shipping options. These options can be found on the last page of checkout below the Submit Order button. Please be aware that this does not included processing time.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Addresses cannot be changed once the item has been marked as shipped. When your item ships, you should receive a notice from Etsy with a tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your purchase.
RETURNS:
Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded. If the error is due to misinformation from the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible. A new item must be purchased if desired. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
