Please include your color choice for shirt and sizing along with name in the personalization section of the order. This is to ensure that you receive the exact items you're wanting incase the drop down menu's for choices aren't working correctly. Please know that all the colors listed in menu option are the colors in the photo posted in the listing. Sizing and colors may differ depending on supplier stock. If there is an issue with stock then I will reach out to you to discuss further options.
Thread color will be a close to whatever color of sweatshirt you order. If you want a different color thread, please add that to the notes or message directly.
The stitching is held together with a stabilizer that is placed on the inside of the sweatshirt. This is the only way for the stitching to uphold onto the sweatshirts. soft mesh backing is used to cover the back of the embroidery design to help prevent irritation to the skin.
When ordering an item, please make sure to include the following in the notes to seller (if you choose to add a name or monogram) in order for the shop to know:
1. Title of sweatshirt (Grammie, nana, mama, wifey, etc.)
2. Color of sweatshirt (incase drop down menu isn't working)
3. Size of sweatshirt (incase drop down menu isn't working)
4. Thread color (if you want a different color versus a matching color)
****All items are handmade and won't be perfect so please keep this in mind when ordering anything handmade.****
****WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCT****
This is very important to follow to ensure the quality of the item purchased.
Machine wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle; do not soak or bleach. Lay flat to dry or hang dry and if you need to iron, please make sure to iron inside out on low heat.
DO NOT iron the front or top of the actual design as it will cause melting and destroy the design.
****TURN AROUND TIME****
Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. It all depends on product availability from the supplier. Right now, it's running closer to the 2 week timeline. This DOES NOT include shipping times. This is only processing.
Please keep in mind that the closer it gets to any holiday season, the longer it will take to receive items from the supplier due to stock so the processing times will be on the latter side and take a bit longer.

At this time, we do offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the US. There is no limit on how many items you order from the shop, all items will be shipped for free.
