If you would like to make any changes to the font selections you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your proof. If we do not hear from you within 2 days we will assume you are satisfied with your font choice and your sign will then go into production. • HANGING: Hanging hardware is not included with your sign so you can make your personalized choice. The signs weigh between 5-12 pounds depending on the size. CHECKOUT PROCESS: 1. Select the size 2. Select first name only or first & middle name 3. In the personalization box, please specify the following: *First name, font, and paint color *Middle name, font, and paint color *Frame stain color *Background color *Smooth or grooved background (if not specified it will come smooth) 4. If no font is chosen we will contact you in regards to this via Etsy messages.
