Please keep in mind that most vintage items are previously owned and have been used or displayed for the past 20-200 years and some aging can be expected. Also due to their often personalized or hand crafted nature, the manufacturer or artist may unintentionally produce imperfections in the product which often make them unique.

Shipping Addresses Incorrect or return to sender?
Make sure you have the correct shipping address. Many addresses come up as unverified by the USPS. If you message me before I create a label often I can correct the issue. Additional shipping cost may need to be factored in as the original shipping address may be closer or farther away. Once the item is shipped I have no control over it’s destination at that point. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay additional shipping to the correct address as well as a $5.00 re-ship fee to repackage if the box integrity is damaged and needs to be repacked.
Second option if the buyer doesn’t want the item they will receive a refund of the purchase minus the cost of the original shipping and minus the cost of the return to sender should there be a fee associated with it.
What if my shipment is lost, stolen or missing?
Most packages ship Priority Mail with a tracking number provided in the email to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package and make sure they secure it within the expected arrival time. If the buyer is unable to be there to secure receipt of the package in person they should call the shipper to arrange for a hold. The buyer should contact the shipping company which is most often the US postal service to open an investigation on a lost stolen or missing package. Once the item is dropped off at the shipping facility I have no control over how fast it ships or whether it arrives at its destination. There is no insurance coverage for lost, stolen or missing orders.
The shop owner does not reimburse for lost stolen or missing packages.
What if the item is not as described?
The shop owner discloses all flaws to the best of their ability in the item description as well as including pictures and often video. It is up to the buyer to zoom in to check the item and message the seller through Etsy messaging if they need clearer pictures or have any questions about the measurements or quality of the time. Due to lighting variances the shop owner cannot claim 100% accuracy in pictures but do try to take a few different pictures of different brightness to show this variety.
What if my item breaks?
As a shop owner I go above and beyond normal packing to be sure your item arrives without damage. If you read my reviews you will see this. It is possible that your package ends up in a bin with items up to 70 lbs and on occasion a heavy package gets dropped on a smaller one. In this event the buyer should contact the Etsy seller and correspond through Etsy email. Make sure to include a picture with the contents of the box, the wrapping and the damaged item in the wrapping as well as a picture of the damaged item outside of the wrapping as the USPS likes to assess the packing job as well. From there we can file a claim which can take 30+ days to go through.
What if there is a delay in shipping?
Most of the items in this shop ship out within 1-3 business days. When there is a possible delay such as a specific shipping material has been ordered for the item or the shop owner is out of town for a few days, contact will be made to the buyer through Etsy messaging to inform them the day of purchase so the buyer may decide if they need to cancel the order due to timeliness. Once the item is dropped off, the shop owner has no control over the date of delivery. The majority of shipments are sent USPS and they majority of those shipments arrive throughout the country in 1-4 business days, however delays can occur such as around holiday times in which case the buyer should arrange ahead of purchase to upgrade their shipping to Priority Mail express or Fed Ex 1 day service. All free shipping is shipped standard. All Books ship Media Mail. If the buyer wishes to receive the item sooner they will need to pay an additional cost and should work this out with the shop owner ahead of time.
