Please understand that once your item is posted, the time it takes to arrive to you is out of our hands, please take delay possibilities into consideration.
We suggest you provide your daytime delivery address when you make your order to ensure the safe arrival of your delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods once we're notified that your parcel has been delivered.

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that has any faults or defects, please contact us on within 7 days of receiving your items. Â We only accept returns and exchanges of all unworn, unwashed, untampered merchandise within 14 days of delivery of your order. All sales are final after 14 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would prefer an exchange, the second shipment cost is complimentary.
