RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Everything in our shop is custom made / made to order, therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us directly through Etsy messages if there are any issues with your order. We are always happy to help and want you to be satisfied with your order!
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDERS:
We are generally not able to make changes or cancellations after you have placed your order. Please double check your order before checking out. If we are able to accommodate your change request, we will ask you to place an entirely new order and we will cancel the prior order to ensure accuracy with our production system.
PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIMES:
Our items generally take 3-10 business days to make. Please see the "Estimated Delivery" date to get an approximate date range of when you will receive your item. Please remember everything is custom made to order so we do need an appropriate amount of time to make the item(s). You can upgrade your shipping from USPS to a 2 Day option at checkout, but note this will only change the estimated shipping time, not the production time. If you are on a deadline to receive items for an event that is prior to the last "Estimated Delivery" date Etsy quotes we suggest shopping from our "Ready to Ship" section which are premade items we can generally get out quickly. Please remember once your order reaches the carrier we have no control over shipping time frames, delivery, etc. We do not provide refunds or discounts due to shipping delays from the carrier. We also do not pay for shipping again if the item is returned to our shop from the carrier. Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. If you have questions, please message us in advance.
