The image on the poplin fabric is permanent and will not distort or shrink when washed.
Quality is crisp and clear with quality photo. I personally use this for my photo quilts and love the quality of print and working with this fabric is very easy.
🛑PICTURES ARE PRINTED AS IS🛑 WE DO NOT CROP, EDIT, NOR PERSONALIZE PICTURES. Pictures must be print ready, and cropping done by you, so that you can have your prints exactly as expected. It is sometimes difficult for us to determine what is important, and what is not in the picture. We cannot assume what the print is being used for (quilt, tote, teddy bear, pillows, jackets, etc.)
If asked to crop, there is a $5.00 cropping fee per order of up to 20 pictures.
If you need your printed image to be a half size, please order the next size up. For example, if you would like your photo to be printed at 6.5" x 6.5" order a 7x7. At checkout, leave us a message in the "add a note to SweetonStitches" box with your size specifications.
❗Also keep in mind if you send a rectangle, the rectangle will be printed in the size square purchased. For example, if you purchase a 6" square, and your picture is a rectangle, the printed picture will be a 6" x (4 or) whatever the short side ends up❗
Because all prints-on-fabric are personalized and contain information that is unique to you or your customer(s), 🚩WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR offer REFUNDS or Re-prints🚩

Fabric may come wrinkled or creased as a result of packaging and shipping. All fabrics can be ironed.

We strongly advise not to take a picture of your image from your phone. Glare and shadowing will always play a role in the outcome. Using a scanner is strongly recommended.
Screen shots from your phone is a hit or miss on quality. Also, Images displayed on your phone such as battery usage, mobile carrier, date, etc. will appear in the screen shot along with your image and will be printed as is.
The images are printed on white fabric using a dye ink/heat press.
The fabric IS MACHINE WASHABLE. We recommend washing them with cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry on low.
The fabric will not distort or shrink when washed.

When selecting the images, it is important for you to take some time to select worthy photos. If this is your first time ordering prints on fabric, please read the following tips when selecting your photos. It will be key to your satisfaction with the final product. I realize there are some memories that are just too important and are not great quality. So, we must print them! :)
****IMPORTANT****QUALITY DISCLAIMER: the better quality your photo is, the better quality the print comes out. For example, if your picture is blurry with red eyes, then that is how the print on fabric will come out. JPEG or PNG files are best, but I can usually convert them, if not.
The more DPI the better. 300dpi is good, 600dpi or more is amazing!! The higher the dpi, the higher the resolution of the photo will be.
Our smart phones take quality photos but if you take a picture of a picture, it will not come out as well as scanning the photo. If you do not have a scanner, your local office supply store will scan and email to you and me at the same time.
TRIMMING: All prints will have at least a 1/4” seam allowance but will NOT be trimmed. For example, if you purchase a 6" square the printed photo will be a 6" square. And will also have extra fabric around the photo print for you to trim with at least a 1/4" seam allowance.
Slight variances in size are possible. Your ruler, tools or cutting mat may not be the exact same as ours, so variances of less than 1/8 of an inch are considered normal and will not be re-printed.
