A few light scratches on the back and the scratch guard, but it's hardly noticeable without a very close inspection. It came with fret buzzing but I fixed that shortly after purchasing it. I got it right before COVID so it is probably a 2019 or 2018, but it's surprisingly well made for a Squier of that time. Aside from the initial fret buzzing I've had no issues with it and it feels great to play.
