This gorgeous F style mandolin was made and signed by Bruce Weber, one of America's master luthiers. Hand carved solid mahogany back, sides, and solid spruce top. I love the attention to detail, including Weber's signature "snakes tongue" carving in at the apex of the scroll. If you know mandolins you know Weber's reputation for exceptional tone and woods. There's some minor buckle rash on the back going through the finish but does not mar wood or impede tone. Bruce isn't making Webers anymore, so this instrument will just appreciate as it ages.
