Items that need power are tested when they come in the door, but sometimes their power cords or adapters will go missing on their way to our photographers. We try to minimize that of course, but it happens. In most cases the gear we sell is photographed and then immediately packed for shipping and sent to a distribution center to prepare for shipment.
