Each bag contains 4 oz of organic or wildcrafted loose leaf Damiana from Mexico. GENERALLY PREPARED: Damiana is traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Damiana to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes.
