<li>The <span class="il">printer</span> is equipped with new genuine Epson printheads.<br>

<li>Printheads, ink tanks, dampers, capping stations, and heat lamps for the drying unit are excluded from the limited warranty coverage.<br>

<li>While the warranty covers the parts, it does not cover shipping costs. The customer is accountable for payment of shipping charges for both receiving the part and returning the defective part. Local customers have the option of free pickup.<br>

<li>In situations where remote resolution by the customer with the assistance of tech support is not possible, and in cases requiring on-site technical support, the customer is responsible for covering the travel costs of our technicians.<br>
</li>
<li>To remain under warranty, you must purchase consumables(<span class="il">DTF</span> Film, Ink, and Hot Melt Powder) from Aviva Wholesale.<br>
</li>
<li>The warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is non-transferable.<br>

<li>Please acknowledge that there's a learning curve involved in mastering the software, hardware, and<span> </span><span class="il">printing</span><span> </span>procedures. Allocate ample time and resources for this endeavor.<br>

<li>Please make sure proper ventilation for the dryer to reduce any potential health hazards from fumes.</li>
<li>Keep in mind that the dryer may not fit through a standard 34-36" doorway.</li>
