Once the eczemas are softened, gently brush them clean. As the anterior fontanelle of infant is not completely closed, parents are advised to comb lightly so as to not hurt the scalp. Before cleaning the brush, remove the hair remains and dirt off it first, apply a small amount of baby shampoo, and then rinse it with clean water. Dry the brush naturally by airing, and prevent direct exposure to the sun.
