<p>Venus Flytrap B52 is known for its extremely large traps and vigorous growth. When mature and in good growing conditions, the traps can measure over 1.5". In good light it develops deep red color, and a red strip on the underside. It is a registered cultivar developed by Henning von Schmeling. The name comes from the naming system used by Henning in his VFT development program. Coincidently, B52 also denotes a very large bomber aircraft used by the US Strategic Air Command.</p>
<p><span>Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. In it's dormant season, it will be shipped as a dormant corm. Photographs are representative of the cultivar, and not the specific plant shipped.</span></p>
