For a light-medium glow spray 12 pumps, for a deeper glow spray 20 pumps.Then take the Quick Glow Whipped Gradual Tan Body Moisturiser Mousse and ensure skin is clean and dry before applying. Give bottle a shake and turn upside down. Spray into palm or onto mitt. Apply evenly on skin and wait until touch try before dressing.
