We began our journey by looking through our portfolios, and were pleased to find that our Bothwell distillery was producing a whisky with some incredible pineapple and tropical notes - that’s really rare. We added a little bit of sherry cask for sweetness, and fortified for depth. There are notes of other whisky genres in there, too, like bourbon and rye. I wanted to create something that would feel relatable. Something that would feel like ‘home’ to anyone who’d experienced it."
