Muddle Fresh Mint with Ballotin Chocolate Mint and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with more fresh mint

1.5 oz Ballotin Chocolate Mint
1 oz Kentucky bourbon
2 oz Half and Half
Egg white
Fresh Mint garnish
Sparkling water
Double shake wet then dry with egg white. Let sit in glass and slowly pour sparkling water.
