* I broke the chain. Went to CHANEL and tried fixing it in 2016, but was told it would take 6 weeks to replace a new chain, because it would be sent back to France to repair, and also need to pay a replacement fee, because it is out of warranty after 1 year purchased.
I do not have the receipt, left it in Boston. I only have a picture taken at store that day when I bought.
