Sizing guide:  Fit both left or right hands, and a stretchy compression wrist strap is designed to fit most any wrist size over the age of 10. This is a "Standard" sliding mitt. Exact measurements:  Standard is 8.5” in circumference, 10.25” in length, and 4.5” wide. Small is 6.5” in circumference, 9.25” in length, and 4” wide.  *Not for human consumption.
