The Golden Lava Crystals 9 pieces assorted lightly sweetened crystals. All of our Vietnamese candies are vegan, gluten free and are made in a nut free facility. They have a very subtle floral taste and are lightly sweetened. They are crunchy on the outside and have a soft jelly texture on the inside.  All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp. Due to the inner consistency of the jam pieces, these items may come less crunchy and have a wet outer layer.  As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has its own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary.  Please note that actual products may vary slightly from the photos. All flavors are pre-selected and cannot be substituted.   via GIPHY   Disclaimer: During the warmer months, especially when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, you may notice that the candies start to sweat or develop condensation. This sweating is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in temperature and humidity during transit and does not affect the quality or taste of the candies. Please do not panic if this occurs. Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a plate or tray, and allow them to air out for a day or two.  Once they have had time to adjust to the room temperature, they will return to their original state and be just as delicious as ever.
