9 pieces assorted lightly sweetened crystals. All of our Vietnamese candies are vegan, gluten free and are made in a nut free facility. They have a very subtle floral taste and are lightly sweetened. They are crunchy on the outside and have a soft jelly texture on the inside.
All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp.
Due to the inner consistency of the jam pieces, these items may come less crunchy and have a wet outer layer.
As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has its own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary.
