All of our Vietnamese candies are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free, and made in a nut-free facility.  They have a  lightly sweetened flavor on the outside and a nice sweet, tart jam on the inside. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. *These gems are on the thicker side so they won’t be as crunchy as ones without jam in them  Not all gems are super crisp.As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has its own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo. This sweating is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in temperature and humidity during transit and does not affect the quality or taste of the candies. Please do not panic if this occurs. Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a plate or tray, and allow them to air out for a day or two.  Once they have had time to adjust to the room temperature, they will return to their original state and be just as delicious as ever.
