This product is Made in the USA using a superior grade of wood and the process by which it is manufactured is second to none for the intended purpose. Pressure treated and kiln dried afterwards, this C-Select grade, Southern Yellow Pine flooring is designed for outdoor projects under roof. It is not intended for applications of full exposure to sunlight and rainfall or conditions of periodic immersion from rising water levels. For all other purposes when installed in accordance with the instructions this product will give exceptional results. The product has been kiln dried after treatment and must be kept dry before and during installation. The flooring should be primed with a porch enamel (not a water sealant as recommended for decks and fences) on both sides and edges before installation. Use only under covered porch, not for uncovered decks exposed to the elements.
