Aphrodite
The ancient Greek goddess of sexual love and beauty, identified with Venus by the Romans. She was known primarily as a goddess of love and fertility and occasionally presided over marriage.
Venus
A Roman goddess, whose functions encompass love, beauty, desire, sex, fertility, prosperity, and victory. In Roman mythology, she was the ancestor of the Roman people through her son, Aeneas, who survived the fall of Troy and fled to Italy.
Xochiquetzal (pronounced Show-chee-ket-zal)
The Aztec goddess of fertility, sexuality, pregnancy, and traditional female handicrafts such as weaving. She was also heavily associated with the moon and the various lunar phases.
Oshun
Commonly called the River Orisha, or goddess, in the Yoruba religion and is typically associated with water, purity, fertility, love, and sensuality. She is considered one of the most powerful of all orishas, and, like other gods, she possesses human attributes such as vanity, jealousy, and spite.
Why Inklusive?
Beauty Inkstitute was inspired to make an inclusive silicone skin collection (hence the name) that represents different complexions. We found that most brands only offer a light toned practice skin which seemed unfair for artists who's clientele is mostly tan or dark.
