Food For Free programs help to meet a variety of needs, such as bringing delicious produce, proteins and staples to seniors and people living with disabilities, ensuring that students have access to food not only on weekdays, but on the weekends too, and free food markets that emphasize choice, one of the best ways to increase access to culturally familiar foods for community members. Food For Free believes that every human has the right to fresh, healthy food, and that food security promotes dignity.
