Shipping may cause internal movement, leading to loose gaskets. A simple horizontal readjustment of the keycaps, without opening the case, should resolve this issue. Pressing down forcefully on the spacebar after it has bottomed out may produce an unusual sound due to the interaction between the keycap stem and the stabilizer housing. This sound won't occur during regular typing and isn't considered a quality issue. The 2.4G connection depends on the actual use case. We've developed a firmware update to bypass conflicts and incompatibility. In extreme cases, the Evo80 2.4G connection may not fully function without removing other USB peripherals from your device.
