To prevent damage in transit and reduce packaging volume, the cups are shipped individually packaged, so some assembly is required. Each rain chain comes with a matching v-hook. The v-hook sits inside the gutter opening to hold the rain chain in place. PLEASE NOTE: In medium to heavy rainfall you will experience splashing with this product.
