Fun Fact : Avocado is versitile, Don’t just think of them as a savory additions to sandwiches and salads, Brazilians add avocados to ice cream. Avocado, also known as Persea americana and is believed to have originated in Mexico. We source our Avocados locally in South Florida where we sustainably and ethically farm many different varieties (not just Hass) with different sizes, shapes, colors and flavors. Avocado has a yellow-green colored flesh that has the consistency of a thick butter however, some avocados are more creamy while others have a higher water content. Each fruit has one large seed inside which is also known to have tremendous health benefits.
