This fast-drying formula is medium viscosity. It's designed to fill open areas of the screen not covered by the emulsion. When the screen is dry and free of contaminants, put the block out on the print side of the screen and spread it over the open areas until it is completely filled. 2. Touch up the defects. This includes blobs of product which tend to dry outside and pop off or smear during printing.
