If you're not sure about your size, simply select the "Send me your free ring sizer first" option on the product page when placing your order. This will be the most accurate way to find out your true ring size. If you need to change the size of your ring after you receive it, we will charge an $80 resizing fee (including free engraving) if you exchange it within 60 days of delivery. For exchanges after 60 days, the fee is 30% of the ring price.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once the original ring is returned and paid for, we will begin recreating and shipping your new ring to you as soon as possible. We will only replace the ring once and it will cost $80. Any subsequent exchanges will be subject to a 30% fee.
