A deposit of $25 is required in order to secure a time slot. This credit will be applied to your purchase at the time of the appointment.
Only one bracelet can be completed per time slot.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We may be unable to accommodate appointments that arrive 5 minutes past the start time.
Welded bracelets are suitable for ages 12 & up. Custom fit bracelets with clasps can be created for children 11 & under.
All Lackadazee permanent jewelry is solid 14k gold/sterling silver and made from ethical, post-consumer recycled metals.
Please Note: We do not offer permanent anklets. Through testing we have concluded that welded anklets do not last as long as bracelets and, with time, can become uncomfortable for the wearer.
Walk Ins
Walk-ins are available Wednesday to Saturday during open hours.
Priority goes to scheduled appointments. We cannot guarantee walk-ins.

Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments are not eligible for refunds.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we can provide a free reschedule for a future date or a full refund with store credit. This applies to any appointments that may be affected by COVID-19 closures, travel delays, etc.
No call, no shows are not eligible for free rescheduling or a store credit refund.
Repairs & Additional Information
Repairs on Lackadazee permanent bracelets start at $10.
Repairs on non-Lackadazee bracelets are $25.
Additional charges may apply. Chain must be provided in order to be eligible for a repair.
