Compatible with manual safety models. The holster retention is on the light itself and not the pistol, which means this holster will not work without the light mounted on the firearm. For this holster to function correctly, you will need the TLR-7 SUB 1913 version with the #1 key. The holster will NOT retain the pistol without the light being mounted correctly. The holster WILL NOT WORK with the TLR-7 Sub Sig version of the light. You will need the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub or TLR-7 X Sub 1913 version (part# 69402), TLR-7 X Sub USB (part# 69407), or TLR-7 HL-X Sub (part# 69505) weapon-mounted light. This holster will also fit the P365X-MACRO, MACRO COMP, and P365-XMACRO ROMEOZERO ELITE with the Streamlight 1913 version of the TLR-7 Sub weapon-mounted light.
