Saturday, September 14, Big Grove Executive Chef, Sean Towley, is heading out to the farm to cook up a one-of-a-kind night with friends. Only 40 tickets are available for this collaborative, traditional pit-roasted lamb dinner at Lamb's Quarter Livestock, where the pasture-raised lamb is cooked underground all day leading up to this special dinner. A family-style meal will be served alongside the lamb, with beer included. Guests are also welcome to bring beer and wine if they choose.
