The Hermes Birkin is probably one of the most coveted and desired bags in the world. Currently, the Ostrich 35cm Birkin is extremely difficult to find in Rouge H with Palladium Hardware, particularly in this condition.
The color is Rouge H, a deep dark red that is more muted than the more saturated Rouge H found in calfskin leathers. In Ostrich, the hue is more of a watercolor hue, more subtle with a washed look. Ostrich in general dyes much less saturated than its calfskin counterparts. The pearls on this bag are lovely and defined, and while the bag is crisp to the touch, there is no dryness.
This item is in very good condition with very few signs of normal use. Corners are clean with no signs of scuffing, but for one corner with some slight light scuffing, but other 3 corners have no scuffs. Hardware is shiny and not discolored or faded. Bag shows no significant creasing, feels crisp to the touch, and resin is "glossy" clean with no bending, weathering or splitting. Interior is clean. Please see photos for details.
