Panel size:Each panel is1/16" or 1.5mm thick (minor, slight variations are normal), and APPROXIMATELY 12" x 24" (or slightly longer). The adhesive sheets are precision cut to exactly 12" x 24" and squared up with one corner of the panel, so there may be some acrylic not backed with adhesive along one or two edges. Each (12" x 24") panel will effortlessly fit 36 (2.5" x 2.5") patches. Tips: Remove the clear protective film on the FRONT of the acrylic panel before engraving. Yes, the adhesive will be bubbly on the back of the panel, as acrylic is nonporous and the functionality of the adhesive will not be affected. Clean the surface of the acrylic with soapy water and towel, or a gentle baby wipe, after engraving.
