Wash the area receiving tattoo or laser treatment with soap and water.
Cover a Hot Towel on skin for 5 Mintues , Dry area completely.
Apply a thick amount of numbing cream to the area and rub in thoroughly.
After rubbing into the skin, apply a 2nd heavy layer of cream (1/8" or 2-3 mm thick) over the area
Wrapped the numb area with plastic film, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes. wipe the numbed area, and repeat steps 3 and 4.
Leave numbing cream on for an additional 45 minutes, or until you arrive to your appointment.
