Compatibility and Fitment:
TSS and MTM: The Full Height Bull Bar does not interfere with the TSS on 2020 and 2021 models. The Mid-Height Bull Bar does interfere and causes malfunction. The Lo-Pro bumper does not interfere with TSS or MTM on 2022 models. However, the 2022 TRD Sports are not compatible with the Lo-Pro bumper.
Trim Compatibility: Not compatible with Limited trims.
Construction and Design:
Material: CNC cut and press brake bent from 3/16″ P&O steel.
Weight: 75 lbs.
Finish: Ships bare steel; must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust.
Lighting Compatibility:
Bar Size: Designed for 30″ single row light bars (Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, RIGID 30″ SR series). Other brands may not fit perfectly.
Winch Compatibility:
Size: Fits most winches in the 8k-12k range. Recommended for winches with relocated electrical control boxes. Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets.
Recommendation: Synthetic rope and hawse style fairlead are preferred; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed mounting plate.
Installation:
Center Plastic Cutting: Requires cutting of the center plastic portion of the factory bumper cover.
Mounting: Comes with all necessary mounting brackets and hardware.
Skid Plate: Works with TRD Pro Skid Plate.
