No one wants to read the terms and conditions. They're boring, right? Plus, no one ever actually understands them. (Creatives and business owners aren't always also lawyers).
Enter the most aesthetic and easy-to-follow Client Agreement you have ever seen. This is a Client Agreement everyone wants to read, making potential clients more engaged and interested in working with you.
We were so tired of making new terms for each client so we made one that covers everything. Now we save on average 7 hours (roughly $1000-$1500) per client by using this template. Plus, we actually understand what we are sending out. Whether you're a business owner, designer, copywriter or creative freelancer, the Client Agreement Template from Collection Two (CO2) is for you. Essentially anyone who interacts with clients and needs a binding document can use this template.
Safeguard yourself, your work and your wallet with a Client Agreement Template you can use for every client. Add in your own clauses and terms (or use ours) and you're good to go. It's that easy. Why you will love it:
Reusable to save you time (we save on average $1000 worth of time per client)
Comes with a Glossary to explain each clause in basic terminology
Professionally designed to showcase your terms in an aesthetic way
Safeguards your work during and after completion
Safeguards your $$$ (avoid debt collectors)
Simple layout with headings for each term
Easy to edit to suit your requirements
Takes away the "dread" that comes with terms/contracts/agreements
When to use this template?
A Client Agreement is used after you have sent a Proposal or a pitch. It is sent to your client after you have agreed to work together; you've agreed on a scope, timeline and pricing (this should all be in your Proposal).
Make sure you attach your Proposal and invoice with your Client Agreement. These are the magic three documents to ensure you and your IP (Intellectual Property) are safe.
Make sure you get a signature before commencing any work.
