Then, thoroughly soak the cotton squares with the Hatomugi skin conditioner. After soaking the cotton, apply it to your face. Repeat until you have covered your entire face (forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose). Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes, then remove and pat excess lotion into your skin. </span></p>
