Next, we inject each Cajun Fried Turkey with over a quart of Geaux Juice (our secret family recipe) then we hand rub 'em with our own blend of Cajun seasonings. After marinating overnight, we deep fry each turkey in peanut oil. This Cajun cookin' process seals in the juicy spices and it gar-an-tees that your turkey will be the most moist and tender turkey you ever put in your mouth. Each Cajun Fried Turkey is wrapped in oven-foil, vacuum sealed then flash frozen and is USDA inspected for wholesomeness.

Can be served cold but is best when warmed and heated in a 325-degree oven for 60-75 minutes. Makes great turkey sandwiches or you can cook the bones down and make a delicious turkey gumbo.
** This lightly Seasoned Turkey has 1/2 the spices of our Spicy Cajun Fried Turkey. This formula is perfect for feeding a family with small children or senior adults. If you'd like to spice this Turkey up, then add a bottle of Geaux Juice to your order and then warm and spoon the Geaux Juice over each individual serving.
