What you need:
Toddy® Cold Brew System (THM)
12 oz French Truck Coffee
Grind size - Iced
Instructions:
Place the stopper into the bottom of the brewing container and dampen the filter.
Fill the Toddy with 2 cups of room temperature filtered water and add 6 ounces of coffee.
Slowly pour 3 more cups of water in a circular motion and let rest for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining 6 ounces of coffee and slowly add the last 4 cups of water.
Lightly press the top grounds with the back of a spoon to ensure all grounds are wet.
Brew time is 24 hours.
Remove the stopper and let the coffee flow into the glass container.
Shelf life: 14 days in the refrigerator
