The heavy duty FAT front 26" disc wheel for 135mm spaced disc forks. It uses our 1757g rim that is meticulously designed to handle heavier pedicab loads. It is laced to a 135mm spaced 6 bolt disc hub with a 9mm solid axle and captured washer nuts to ensure a strong grip. The fat hub has been updated to have more material in the rotor mounting area and larger bearings for more durability.
Using disc brakes adds exceptional braking power in all conditions while also never wearing the rim out, which is something that rim braking will eventually do. The 65mm rim is optimized around a 2.5" to 4" tire to crush control over rough terrain and absorb shock. We’re giving the driver and passengers of pedicabs a much smoother ride.
The wheel has been designed to fit into 135mm fat forks for easy comfort upgrades with durability, and insane braking performance to boot.Note: BIGGER TIRES HAVE LOWER PSI. RUN 3" TIRES AT AROUND 40psi, 2.5" TIRES AT AROUND 45 PSI MAX.
