Typical cuts that come with a Half Cow are Brisket, Chuck Roasts or Steaks, Arm Roasts or Steaks, Short Ribs, Ribeyes, T-bones or NY Strips and Filets, Sirloins, Flank and Skirt Steaks, Round Roasts or Steaks, Soup Bones, and Ground Beef. Our goal is to provide you with protein needs at the best possible pricing for our quality of cattle.
Deposit for half cow = $750
Hanging weight price of half cow = $5.50
Typical hanging weight of half cow = 400 to 500 pounds
Final payment will be calculated once we have your hanging weight and remainder will be based on that hanging weight minus the deposit. Delivery date will be 4 to 6 weeks.
