All artwork must be in 300DPI with a transparent background and send in .PNG, .PDF, or .SVG format. You must email us your artwork on the selected size artboard you are needing. We will not gang sheet your artwork unless you add the additional service for us to do so.
Artwork must uploaded OR emailed to info@threadedtransfers.com. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
By purchasing this listing you understand that you will receive a gang sheet that is 22 inches wide and that you must cut these apart yourself.
DTF transfers ship from the same location as our sublimation prints. If you combine DTF with any of our screen print transfers your order will reflect double shipping charges.
How to apply our DTF Transfers:
295 degrees
Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
Lay down the transfer with the ink facing the material
Press for 10-12 seconds; Applying heavy pressure. Let it completely cool.
If the transfer does not stick, put the transfer paper back down and press for a few more seconds. This can happen if your press is not giving even heat and pressure.
COLD PEEL.
Put shirt back on press, cover design with teflon or parchment paper, and press again for 10-12 seconds. Remove paper.
You must use a commercial heat press to apply these transfers.
DTF transfers can be pressed onto any shirt material including cotton and polyester.
The colors on the listing may differ from the colors on transfer. The true colors will show once pressed.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS HAVE A 1-2 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME FOLLOWED BY A 4-6 BUSINESS DAY TAT. Please keep in mind when ordering the processing time plus the TAT. Most orders ship before these timeframes but due to the popularity of custom orders they can take up to the 5th business day to ship.
