This protection plan DOES NOT cover any damage due to accident, improper maintenance, misuse, outdoor-use, accidental impacts, golf club impact, acts of God, abuse or negligence. <br></p> <h2>Warranty</h2> <p data-mce-fragment="1"><strong>ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY</strong><br data-mce-fragment="1">PROTEE UNITED B.V. ("PROTEE") warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a ProTee-authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after the date of purchase.
