Join us Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm for a plant-based pasta class with Charlene Kirk. In this class you will learn to make healthy homemade pasta. This is a hands-on class so each student will participate in making their pasta. Classes typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare. You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening. Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking out right here in our online store! If you are part of a larger party, please let us know. All ticket sales are final. Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes. You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class. More about the Chef: Charlene Kirk has been part of the Eggshells family since 2019. She specializes in plant-based cooking and holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. Charlene is passionate about encouraging both kids and adults to think more about what they are consuming and how it impacts their health and the world they live in. She draws inspiration from her childhood growing up on a small farm in Northwest Arkansas learning to cook alongside her mom and grandma and the 15 years she spent living in the United Kingdom.
