We searched high and low and to our dismay there were non-wipe art gels and there were acrylic powders, sandy pigments, even glitters, but none had thought to combine these items to create a formula that would give grit and texture to the nails without need for topcoat afterwards. No topcoat needed. If applying topcoat, dab off excess topcoat with cosmetic sponge to retain textured finish.
