Shake the pens thoroughly and vigorously. For the first use, pump the tip of the pen on a piece of paper until the paint has saturated the tip. Now you can draw anything and everything! Wait a couple seconds for it to dry down to a matte finish.  Apply Hi-Def Topcoat or your topcoat of choice.
