Through sustainable husbandry practices and a quarter century of breeding expertise, only the best quality salmon are hand selected and branded "Ora" King Salmon by a master grader.</p> <p>We offer our Ora King Salmon two ways, either arriving fresh (never frozen) or Superfrozen. Selecting the fresh option is best if you plan on consuming the salmon within a day or two of arriving at your door. Selecting the Superfrozen option is best if you plan on using it later. Superfreezing is a method of freezing foods below -60°C, locking in the quality, freshness and texture, while also allowing you to store it long term in your freezer, making this option extremely popular &amp; convenient.</p> <p>Individually packed and shipped using overnight express delivery.
